Need access to microphone volume through the fieldhouse sound system. If you'd prefer to not leave the access to the microphone volume open overnight, please contact Tim Baldwin to arrange a sound check on Monday @3:30.
Need access to make sure both mircophones are charging on Monday at 3:15. Need access to the microphones on Tuesday at 7:30.
Need access to aux sound (to play music from a computer/device) and aux sound volume.
Need 8 tables set up along the baseline of the north side of the gym floor (north side stands should remain "in"). Need one table set up in front of opening to locker room/stairwell in the northwest side of the fieldhouse.
Need access to the floor for setup on Monday beginning at 11:30am.
